We hope you love all the items you purchase, but we also understand if you need to make a return.
Decor and home goods must be returned within 14 days upon reception, in brand new condition, with proof of purchase. Returning an item is at your own risk and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable except in the case of goods which are damaged, defective or incorrect.
Lighting, furniture, artwork, and rugs, are final sale and not returnable unless damaged, defective or incorrect. Please contact within 5 days for any damaged or incorrect items.
BEGINNING A RETURN
- In order to return an item, please email us at email@example.com, and include your order number.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive an email detailing where to send your return.
- Ship your item back using the carrier of your choice. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
- Once item/s are received in original condition, with tags the return will be credited back using the original payment method.
Items ordered may only be canceled until the time the order leaves our store.
In order to exchange, item must be returned and then reordered.
Please note that final sale and clearance items are final sale. This does not include promotional sales.
